    Responsibilities

    The Vertex Companies, Inc. (VERTEX) is looking for an individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in our Weymouth, MA office. VERTEX is a rapidly growing, multi-national consulting firm that is experiencing exponential growth, and we’re looking to augment our team of talented individuals. The successful candidate will assist with the full-cycle recruitment process for our growing organization. This position requires passion for people, strong client focus and organizational skills. The Coordinator’s responsibility is to always represent VERTEX in a professional manor and help identify talent that aligns with our goals and culture.

                                                                

    Core Responsibilities

    • Provide an outstanding candidate experience
    • Deliver top-notch service to our hiring teams
    • Manage the VERTEX Internship Program
    • Assist with sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates
    • Post, modify, and remove requisitions in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
    • Track and update candidate records in our ATS
    • Assist with drafting job descriptions and offer letters
    • Attend career fairs and manage college campus recruitment efforts
    • Work with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize competing needs
    • Solicit candidate and hiring manager feedback
    • Conduct reference checks
    • Additional miscellaneous recruiting related projects
    • Maintain employee referrals
    • Assist with monthly recruiting updates

     

    Qualifications

     

    Knowledge & Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience working in HR or Recruiting role preferred
    • Ability to work with minimal oversight, but take direction
    • Experience with ATS systems preferred, but not required
    • Proficiency with MS Office Applications
    • Excellent communication and follow up abilities
    • Must be detail oriented
    • Able to handle sensitive, confidential information
    • Great attitude
    • High level of integrity
    • Must be able to multitask and prioritize competing priorities

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field preferred
