The Vertex Companies, Inc. (VERTEX) is a fast growing, global AEC firm and we have an immediate need for a full- time Legal Assistant to join our corporate office. The successful candidate will support multiple attorneys in a legal department setting by performing diversified, confidential functions. Additionally, the successful candidate will help manage, collect and analyze data to support internal operations and ongoing client services.
This position requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required. Candidates with some experience in data management or data analysis are preferred. The successful candidate will report daily to the Weymouth, MA office with ability to work independently.
