    Responsibilities

    The Vertex Companies, Inc. (VERTEX) is a fast growing, global AEC firm and we have an immediate need for a part time Data Manager to join our corporate office. The successful candidate will help manage, collect and analyze data to support internal operations and ongoing client services.

    This is an entry-level position that requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is also required. Candidates with experience in data management or data analysis are preferred. This is a time sensitive project, looking to source immediately. Must be local to Weymouth, MA area with ability to work independently.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Provide support to both Junior and Senior level staff.
    • Dedupe, merge and purge database record details with extreme attention to detail.
    • Research and file reviews to ensure correct information is maintained and matched up properly.
    • Ability to collect and maintain confidential information while formulating techniques to ensure accuracy and legitimacy of data.
    • Other project duties as assigned by senior staff.
    • Assist with reports and data extraction when needed.

     

    Position Requirements

    • Able to work with minimal oversight.
    • An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

     

    Qualifications

    Education

    • High School Diploma

    Experience

    • No experience required.

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Effective communicator, verbal and written.
    • Efficient, well-organized and positive attitude when approached with challenges.
