    Responsibilities

    Optistar Technology Consultants, Inc., a VERTEX company, is looking for an Inside Sales Associate who welcomes challenge to join our team in Weymouth, MA.  Optistar is a small, growing, multi-national managed IT service provider (MSP).  Are you looking for a fast-paced atmosphere and working with other highly skilled team members? Are you looking for a company that believes in promoting from within, and the only limitation is defined by you?     The Inside Sales Associate we are looking for will be working directly with our senior sales team to follow up on the leads coming into our office to schedule appointments, field questions, follow up on inquiries, send out information packages and assist in maintaining the integrity of the company’s database.

    Qualifications

     

    Knowledge & Skills

    • 1-2 years of marketing and or business development experience preferred.
    • Experience working in CRM software (Infusionsoft a bonus)
    • Ideal candidate also has experience setting appointments in a business-to-business environment.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to details.
    • Must be flexible, adaptable and be able to work independently.
