VTX Consulting Services, Inc. is looking for a Project Manager in the Montreal/Quebec City region. The Project Manager we are looking for will be responsible for overseeing a wide variety of tasks in our Construction Surety division, including but not limited to investigating: surety performance bond claims, labor & material bond claims, preparing cost-to-complete reports, project status based on schedule and site visits, determining milestone/completion dates, identifying critical issues/delays, management of surety completion projects, reconciling prime contractor and subcontractor accounts, preparing ratifications agreements and preparing re-tender packages. These services are all necessary to assist our clients on a wide range of construction projects to determine appropriate course of action for the completion of the projects. Additional tasks would include: project management as owner’s representative, damage assessments, construction defect investigation, contract claim analysis and reporting, cost estimating, litigation support, property condition assessments, and acting as an expert witness in construction-related matters.
