The Vertex Companies, Inc. is looking for a Project Manager, Tenant Improvement and Restoration to join our team. The individual we are looking for will enjoy the challenge of working within the greater Construction Services vertical. The Project Manager will support the Tenant Improvement & Restoration Division for the Texas region, work on multiple projects, and provide support from junior staff to Senior Managers. The Project manager will support clients with office, retail, industrial, and hospitality remodel needs. Projects range from $10K-$5M and have durations spanning from one-week to four-months.
