Performs assignments designed to develop professional knowledge and abilities, requiring application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related engineering tasks including but not limited to civil design, site development, land development, drainage design services, and stormwater management design and planning. Limited exercise of judgment is required on details of work and in making preliminary selections and adaptations of engineering alternatives. Utilizing prescribed methods, performs specific and limited portions of a broader assignment. Performs and directs the preparation of design and construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, supporting documents and permit applications with a team of CADD Technicians, Designers and other Engineers. In this role, the individual will work closely with other discipline Engineers on multi-discipline projects.
